Business & Systems Consultant

The person who listens & maps what’s really happening and designs and builds better ways of working. You will love client-facing work, deeply understanding business processes & outcomes, identifying the best design, and leading build activities that turn messy processes into clear, efficient systems. You need to understand our tech stack, like Airtable, in-depth, but equally, the business outcome you lead gets you out of bed.

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand how clients operate today and spot the gaps.
  • Understand the process across a whole business, from sales/CRM, marketing, projects, right through to finance.  You may also end up working with an entirely alien process in one of our niche bioscience clients. 
  • Translate ideas into build plans & designs that you (or another team member) can deliver.
  • Keep projects aligned and make sure clients feel understood throughout.

Low-Code & AI Integration Consultant

Build, test & support smart, practical systems that make companies run smoothly.

You’ll spend your time automating workflows, linking systems and making life easier for teams. Be prepared to:

  • Become a ninja in Airtable, Make.com and experiment with AI.
  • Wrangle complex datasets, build data dashboards of valuable business insights
  • Connect APIs & services so data flows where it should.
  • Own and manage the quality of client deliverables, making sure nothing breaks.
  • Troubleshoot and improve live setups, maintaining simplicity and reliability.
  • Love presenting your builds to customers and seeing them transform their ways of working.

We are located in Oxford, UK, but consider remote roles in the UK and South Africa. Keen?
